Please follow the instructions on the form carefully. Once you have filled it out, send it to the address indicated on the top-right corner of the form along with your certified cheque or money order and the photos of your pet(s). Joyce will contact you to confirm receiving your order and work out any other necessary details or delivery dates.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All prices are in Canadian funds (CAD).
- Payment is accepted in certified cheques, money orders or cash. Joyce does not accept credit cards or Interac.
- Prices do not include framing, shipping or handling.
- Deposit is non-refundable unless you are not 100% happy with the completed portrait.
- Please send the appropriate photos along with your order
- Photos can only be returned to you if they are clearly marked with your contact information on the back of each one.
- Custom sizes are available on request. Please contact Joyce directly.
